Responsibilities Conductcomprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physicalexaminations, and diagnostic evaluations Diagnoseand treat acute and chronic medical conditions Developand implement individualized treatment and care plans Prescribemedications and therapies in accordance with state regulations andpractice guidelines Order,interpret, and review laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnosticstudies Providepreventive care services, including annual physicals, screenings,vaccinations, and health education Managechronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, andcardiovascular conditions Collaboratewith physicians, specialists, and healthcare team members regardingpatient care plans Maintainaccurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Educatepatients and families on disease prevention, medication management, andhealthy lifestyle choices Participatein quality improvement initiatives and compliance activities Ensureadherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies Qualifications BoardCertification DEA registration Experience with EMR systems preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
