Strategic Account Manager
Natera
Natera seeks a Strategic Account Manager for Women's Health to drive adoption of diagnostic testing across healthcare systems in the Southeast. The role requires developing provider relationships, implementing growth strategies, and collaborating internally to expand the women's health testing portfolio across a Georgia, Alabama, and Florida territory.
Responsibilities
- Educate and recruit strategic accounts and lab partners on Natera's women's health testing portfolio
- Develop relationships with physicians, medical directors, hospital administrators, and laboratory leaders
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement EMR and UX tools supporting product adoption
- Develop business plans aligned with sales goals and regional strategy in coordination with leadership
- Work with Clinical Field Specialist team and key stakeholders to ensure blood access and drive partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
- Minimum 3 years physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory industry
- At least 3 years strategic sales or consulting experience in diagnostics
- Demonstrated success launching products and growing revenue in new markets
- Strong time management and coaching skills with self-motivation
- Reproductive health market knowledge preferred
