Position Summary We are a global specialty materials manufacturer with over 40 years of experience developing innovative technologies for industries ranging from agriculture and healthcare to automotive and industrial manufacturing. As we grow our supply chain function, we are looking for a sharp, analytically-driven Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Catoosa, OK. This is a permanent role where your ERP/MRP expertise, Excel skills, and manufacturing instincts will make a direct operational impact from day one. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of our ERP/MRP systems to manage supply and demand planning, raw material availability, and production scheduling for our manufacturing operations. Build dashboards, track KPIs, and model inventory and supply scenarios using advanced Excel and Power BI to support leadership decisions. Partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, customer service, quality, and finance to resolve supply chain constraints and keep production moving. Monitor inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to balance service targets with working capital performance. Serve as a dependable, go-to point of contact for supply chain issues and cross-functional escalations. Qualifications A bachelor's degree is required. The field of study is flexible. Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards) in a manufacturing environment. 2‑3+ years of supply chain, materials planning, or operations planning experience is preferred, though strong candidates with 18 months or more of direct experience will be considered. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and a demonstrated ability to work with complex data, build reports, and translate findings into action. Manufacturing industry experience, specifically in a durable‑goods or industrial environment. Backgrounds in retail, banking, or service industries are not the right fit for this role. This fully onsite position offers a base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 plus a 5% bonus, a flexible weekday schedule, and no travel.
