Job Summary

• Position: Customer Service Representative

• Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 1 PM – 8 PM

• Average Compensation: $700–$1200/week (base salary + performance bonuses + daily cash incentives)

You'll be out in the field every day representing incredible charitable organizations that are changing lives — while working alongside experienced sales coaches and senior professionals who are just as invested in your growth as they are in their own results. Depending on your strengths and interview performance, you may be placed in a customer service or sales-oriented role — both involve direct, face-to-face interactions with customers in the field.

What You'll Be Doing

• Representing and running face-to-face campaigns on behalf of impactful charities that make a difference in communities worldwide

• Engaging with potential donors and communicating the importance of their projects

• Building relationships with members of the public and driving donor acquisition results

• Learning objection handling, communication strategies, and sales techniques through hands-on experience and mentorship

What We're Looking For

• 18 years of age or older

• Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 1 PM – 8 PM

• Strong communicator who's comfortable engaging people face-to-face

• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset

• Access to a vehicle is an asset

Compensation
