Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide individual and couples therapy to clients across the lifespan, addressing diverse clinical presentations and unique needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, using our robust Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

• Manage client scheduling, ensuring a well-organized and efficient calendar that facilitates regular therapeutic interventions.

• Work alongside administrative staff who handle billing services and support you in managing claims and payments efficiently.
\n
• Actively participate in case consultations and team meetings to enhance care strategies for clients, sharing insights and new therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The target population encompasses a diverse range of clients requiring mental health support, particularly in recovery from substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or closely related field, with current independent licensure as an LCSW in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
