About the Role Connect Search is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top talent while building strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Role Requirements Prior staffing and recruiting experience is highly preferred. Experience sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and competitive mindset.
