Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions and identify rehabilitation needs following injuries, diseases, or surgical procedures.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise, stretching, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to continually align with their individual recovery goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation processes and the use of assistive devices, enhancing their understanding and participation in the healing journey.
• Keep abreast of current best practices in physical therapy by attending workshops and training sessions, ensuring the highest standards of care in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults who may be recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, or general debilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Strong aptitude for using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant digital tools for documentation and patient management.
