Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient office, where you will work alongside a team of skilled healthcare professionals in a collaborative setting. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a well-structured schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals, limitations, and needs upon their initial visits.
• Design and implement individualized care plans utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote optimal recovery.
• Manage a patient load of 2-3 individuals per hour, focusing on providing personalized treatment and empathetic support.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment journeys to achieve maximal functional outcomes while actively reducing reliance on medications.
• Monitor patient progress consistently, adjusting care strategies as needed to ensure the effectiveness of treatment.
• Promote wellness through proactive fitness programs catered to individual needs, fostering healthy lifestyles beyond clinical visits.
• Document all treatment services diligently, maintaining accurate patient records in EMR software such as WebPT.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance comprehensive patient care.

Our clinic primarily serves patients involved in orthopedic rehabilitation. You will work with individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, focusing on both immediate recovery needs and long-term mobility goals. The ideal candidate should be passionate about empowering patients to overcome challenges and lead active, fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with preference for candidates with a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Valid Florida Physical Therapist License and clear of any board actions or disciplinary actions.
• Possession of or the ability to obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number prior to employment.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Strong manual therapy skills and effective exercise prescription capabilities are essential.
• Adept in utilizing EMR systems for documentation and patient management is preferred.
• Experience in creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
