Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Overview The Talent Acquisition Sourcer position is located in Olive Branch, MS. The on-site Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for hourly, exempt, and leadership positions across the supply chain network. This role partners with recruiters to proactively source talent, conduct initial candidate outreach, and maintain a strong pipeline to support current and future hiring needs. Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is a leading home furnishings retailer with a network of distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and delivery operations. Our supply chain is dynamic and fast-paced, with a broad footprint that includes furniture distribution centers, e-commerce facilities, and factories across multiple states and countries. Responsibilities Proactively source candidates using the ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing tools. Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill exempt positions. Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, and text to gauge candidate interest and availability daily. Schedule qualified candidates for recruiter pre-screen interviews. Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system. Partner with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and adjust sourcing strategies regularly. Develop passive candidate pipelines for active searchers and future hiring needs. Track sourcing activity and provide weekly pipeline updates. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, and applicant tracking systems. Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills. Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualities Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience sourcing hourly and exempt operations talent. Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and passive candidate sourcing. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
