Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Product Coaches with a strong hands-on product management background to join our team for a 6-month contract with a possible extension. The role requires working onsite Tuesday through Thursday and virtually on Mondays and Fridays. The selected candidate will participate in a two-round interview process, with the first round being virtual and the second in person. The Product Coach will play a critical role in aligning product teams to organizational strategy, guiding leaders and practitioners to make better product decisions, and continuously improving value delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Translate product management principles into practical, real-world solutions for teams, leaders, and multi-squad environments.
• Guide product teams to prioritize outcomes over outputs and continuously improve value delivery.
• Apply advanced coaching capabilities, including mentoring, advising, and facilitating, to support teams at different maturity levels.
• Coach product leaders and executives to strengthen product thinking, strategy execution, and operating models.
• Work onsite with teams to build, evolve, and refine how value is delivered through technology with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Diagnose team maturity and guide targeted, high-impact improvements using a broad and deep toolkit across product management, agile, and lean practices.
• Accelerate adoption of the product model to improve speed, alignment, and customer value delivery.
• Shape the coaching practice by influencing standards and mentoring other coaches to build a high-performing, world-class product coaching capability.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management or product coaching roles.
• Strong expertise in product strategy, customer-centricity, and outcome-driven delivery.
• Proven track record of coaching product leaders and executives to strengthen product thinking and execution.
• Advanced coaching skills with the ability to apply multiple coaching stances (mentor, advisor, facilitator).
• Experience in diagnosing team maturity and implementing targeted improvements.
• IT product management, Agile, and Lean-related certifications.
• Nice to have: Experience in airline product management and product transformation coaching.

Pay Range: $100/hr - $110/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
