Job Details

Seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with a proven track record of developing new business within commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, education, government, and institutional markets. This individual should be a true hunter who excels at prospecting, building executive relationships, and winning competitive service contracts. The ideal candidate has experience selling outsourced facility services, integrated facilities management, security services, janitorial, food services, environmental services, building maintenance, landscaping, pest control, waste management, or similar B2B service solutions to the same customer base served by the security industry.

This is not an account management role. The successful candidate will have a documented history of generating new revenue through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and complex contract negotiations.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience selling outsourced services.
• Proven success selling into manufacturing, industrial, commercial, healthcare, education, government, distribution, logistics, or institutional customers.
• Demonstrated experience acquiring new clients through prospecting and business development.
• Strong history of selling six-figure and multi-year service contracts.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
• Stable employment history demonstrating consistent career progression and long-term success.
