Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Pinpoint Psychotherapy, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and structured interviews.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with assessment findings and specific client goals, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Providing empathetic counseling services to individuals and families in different settings, adjusting your approach based on the unique dynamics of each client interaction.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and better patient outcomes.

• Maintaining meticulous and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring that client information is kept confidential and secure.

• Adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice, including maintaining your professional license and engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will allow you to work collaboratively with a diverse patient population dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship challenges, and family dynamics. You will focus on delivering client-centered care, valuing each individual's unique circumstances and cultural background as you work towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience providing mental health counseling or therapy in a clinical setting.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n
