EcoWater is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to support our sales and operations teams by processing customer credit applications and coordinating financing approvals. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, timely experience for customers while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process and review customer credit applications
• Verify personal and financial information for completeness and accuracy
• Submit applications to financing partners and track approval status
• Communicate decisions and next steps to sales and office staff
• Request and follow up on additional documentation when needed
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all lending and data standards
• Support same-day approvals to keep installs and scheduling on track

Qualifications

• Previous experience in financing, credit processing, loan processing, or underwriting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer and CRM experience
