Sr Director, Commercial Operations

Senior Director leading commercial operations strategy and analytics at a global life-science company. Responsible for advancing sales force effectiveness, commercial analytics, forecasting capabilities, and AI-driven tools to enhance decision-making and drive sustainable growth across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial operations strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Establish comprehensive analytics, dashboards, and KPIs enabling data-driven decision-making
- Lead forecasting process improvements and pipeline management to enhance accuracy and predictability
- Champion AI and automation initiatives to improve seller productivity and commercial effectiveness
- Lead sales planning including territory design, compensation programs, and performance management
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience in commercial operations, sales strategy, or analytics
- Expertise in data analytics, forecasting methodologies, and performance management frameworks
- Demonstrated success implementing AI, automation, and modern sales technologies
- Strong financial acumen and ability to translate complex data into executive insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in global, matrixed environments
- Strategic partnership experience with C-suite sales and commercial leadership
