Technical Developer (Forward Deployment Engineer)

Salary: $70,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 4 years of recent experience delivering secure, production-ready software systems end to end, with a focus on data, machine learning, and AI-native applications; solid experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• A bachelors degree in a science or engineering discipline is preferred.
• Experience and enthusiasm for working directly with stakeholders to make a significant impact.
• Hands-on expertise in modern AI technologies and methods, including AI systems judgment, context engineering, evaluation discipline, full-stack development, and model strategy; demonstrated experience leading teams that design and implement advanced AI systems.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to work through ambiguity, lead sessions, guide decisions with executives and engineers, build trust through a hands-on coaching approach, and communicate with varied audiences.
• Be prepared to demonstrate relevant work through a portfolio, GitHub repository, or structured walkthrough of a system you designed and shipped.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Work with a team of AI-focused full-stack engineers to rapidly build and deploy end-to-end AI systems, from defining problems through MVP development and production workflows.
• Define the technical vision and architecture for team solutions, prioritizing working systems and practical delivery.
• Establish enterprise production practices for context engineering, evaluation, and operational readiness.
• Ensure rigorous testing through methods such as golden sets, regression harnesses, and red-teaming, and set standards for secure, observable, auditable code.
• Foster a high-performing team culture in which colleagues raise standards and deliver quality at speed.
• Lead working sessions and coordinate with client stakeholders, from engineers to executives, and cross-functional teams to design AI systems that achieve measurable outcomes and adoption.
• Deliver in a fast-paced, accountable environment using 2-to-6-week cycles and direct client feedback; build client trust, manage risks, raise constraints early, and prepare deliverables to scale or operate in production.
• Use modern development accelerators, such as Claude Code, Lovable, and Cursor, where permitted by policy, to improve delivery capacity, quality, and speed.
