Organizational Development Manager

Position Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization to identify an experienced Organizational Development Manager . This position will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee engagement, talent development, and change management.

The successful candidate will design and implement programs that strengthen culture, support workforce planning, improve performance, and align talent strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities
Organizational Effectiveness

• Assess organizational structures, processes, and workforce capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives that support business growth and evolving priorities.
  
• Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  
• Partner with leaders to enhance team effectiveness and operational performance.
  

Leadership Development

• Design and implement leadership development programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.
  
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, coaching engagements, and development initiatives.
  
• Support succession planning and high-potential employee development programs.
  
• Develop career pathing frameworks that support internal mobility and employee growth.
  

Talent Management

• Partner with HR and business leaders to drive performance management processes.
  
• Develop and maintain competency models and talent assessment tools.
  
• Analyze talent trends and workforce data to support strategic decision-making.
  
• Support employee development planning and learning initiatives.
  

Change Management

• Lead change management efforts related to organizational transformations and strategic initiatives.
  
• Develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans to drive successful adoption.
  
• Assess organizational readiness and identify implementation risks.
  
• Coach and support leaders through organizational change.
  

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Develop programs that strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture.
  
• Partner with leadership to improve the employee experience.
  
• Analyze engagement survey results and develop action plans.
  
• Drive initiatives that reinforce organizational values and promote a high-performance culture.
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor key metrics including employee engagement, retention, turnover, internal mobility, and leadership effectiveness.
  
• Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership.
  
• Utilize data and insights to recommend organizational development strategies and improvements.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Master's degree preferred.
  
• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  
• Experience leading organizational change and leadership development initiatives.
  
• Strong facilitation, coaching, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience supporting talent assessment, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
  
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and documentation skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or Organizational Development certification.
  
• Experience supporting multi-site, matrixed, or high-growth organizations.
  
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, talent management systems, and learning management systems.
  
• Experience developing and facilitating leadership training programs.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Details: $75-$200/hour

Pay Details: $75.00 to $200.00 per hour
