The role consults with partners to design and implement human capital strategies, ensuring talent is positioned for competitive advantage while driving engagement through clear communication of HR plans. The manager oversees execution of cyclical HR processes, succession planning for critical roles, and fosters a positive culture by partnering on employee relations and soliciting feedback to improve organizational health. The role also identifies process improvement opportunities, coach’s leaders through change, and ensures learning and growth initiatives support individual and team development.
