Inside Sales Support Representative

Supporting the Plumbing & Electrical division, the full-time Inside Sales Support Representative will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure satisfaction Process orders efficiently and accurately while maintaining records Provide detailed product information and support to customers and sales teams Required qualifications Experience in sales support or customer service roles Knowledge of plumbing and electrical products and services Proficiency in using sales software and order management systems Ability to work independently in a remote setting High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus
