What You'll Be Doing Manage a docket of auto injury cases from intake through resolution Lead all aspects of litigation: depositions, motion practice, legal research, writing, negotiations, and trials. Deliver top-tier service to our clients through proactive communication and care. Collaborate with an experienced, upbeat, and supportive legal team to drive successful outcomes What You Bring to the Table Legal Skills Lic ensed attorney in good standing with the State of Michigan. 1 + years of experience in auto law and personal injury. Skilled in nego tiation, mediation, and advocacy. Strong legal writing and research abilities. Familiarity with case management software (bonus points if you're already a tech whiz). People & Performance Clear, concise communicator, both written and verbal. Ability to stay cool, composed, and effective under pressure. A natural relationship-builder who works well with clients, colleagues, and insurance adjusters alike. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines without breaking a sweat.
