This role is entirely remote, allowing you to create a flexible work-life balance. As part of our telehealth facility, you will engage with clients through virtual sessions that are fully equipped with advanced technology to ensure seamless communication and effective therapy. With a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you may also have the opportunity to take part in occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mood disorder symptoms, considering aspects such as severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a focus on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide education and support regarding mood disorders, helping clients and their families understand treatment options and encouraging effective self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and results.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
