Key Responsibilities\n

• Build trusting relationships with clients through empathetic listening and support.

• Diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, adjusting approaches as needed based on client progress.

• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate client progress, making revisions to treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to external specialists to ensure holistic treatment where appropriate.

The clients you will serve include individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. You will engage with diverse populations from different backgrounds in the Columbus area, understanding culturally-informed approaches to foster better therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
