WHO WE ARE

Insulectro, the largest national distributor of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) materials in the US is seeking a talented sales superstar for our Inside Sales Manager position based out of our Lake Forest, CA location. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage an assigned portfolio of small to mid-sized customer accounts and serve as a primary point of contact, evaluating customer requirements and determining appropriate actions to support customer satisfaction, account retention, growth and effective order execution.
• Develop proficiency in Insulectro systems and processes, including order entry, reporting tools, Salesforce, and other systems as required.
• Work collaboratively with TAMs by preparing quotes, providing material availability updates, and managing customer inquiries.
• Exercise judgement in responding to customer requests and resolving account issues, including shipment, documentation, and return matters within established company policies & guidelines.
• Collaborate with ISM teammates across the country in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Develop and maintain effective customer relationships identifying opportunities to improve service, strengthen relationships, and expanding business through promotional products and alternative materials recommendations.  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer service or a related business environment.
• High level of comfort with technology and business systems (ERP, CRM or order management systems)
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to make decisions and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation and willingness to learn.
