Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of ultrasound examinations, such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the process, clearly explaining each procedure with empathy and understanding
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment effectively, promptly addressing any issues
• Document procedures accurately and maintain meticulous patient records using electronic medical systems
• Stay informed on advances in ultrasound techniques and best practices for optimal patient care

Educational Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a relevant field
• Graduated from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Required Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
