About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll use your relationship and interpersonal skills as you identify and nurture relevant community partnerships. Responsibilities include: Creating an engaging candidate experience Proactively sourcing talent Building relationships with leadership, candidates, and our community Measuring successes within our recruiting efforts. You will be primarily based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave. in Buffalo, and will also travel to other Neighborhood sites on a regular basis.
