Corporate Health & Safety ManagerOur client, a leading specialty petrochemical company in Alabama, is seeking a Corporate Health & Safety Manager to lead enterprise-wide safety strategy, governance, and program execution across multiple facilities. This role partners with executive and site leadership to strengthen safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce operational risk.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development and standardization of corporate H&S policies, procedures, and management systemsEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and NFPA regulations across all operationsProvide strategic leadership and guidance to site safety teamsLead incident investigations using root cause methodologies (TapRooT, Five Why, Cause Mapping)Analyze safety metrics (TRIR, DART, near misses) and deliver executive-level reportingOversee safety training standards and contractor safety programsConduct audits, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement across sitesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (or equivalent experience)10+ years of H&S experience in refining, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environmentsMulti-site safety program oversight experienceStrong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk managementCSP or CIH highly preferredWhy This RoleEnterprise-level impact with high visibility to leadershipOpportunity to shape and standardize safety programs across multiple facilitiesCompetitive compensation and full benefits
