Join Our Team as an Industrial Automation Controls Specialist

Step into a dynamic workplace where you'll own the creation, implementation, and relentless refinement of cutting-edge processes for manufacturing and installing essential components like sprinklers and valves within the fire protection sector. You'll wield your electrical expertise across PLCs, HMIs, robotic systems, and advanced vision technology operations.

Imagine tackling production challenges head-on, leveraging root cause analysis to influence safety, amplify quality, and drive efficiency.

Role Highlights:

Unleash your creativity by researching and engineering electrical systems and components for manufacturing environments.
Diagnose and resolve issues within programmable logic controllers and other automated technologies.
Dedicate focus on monitoring and tuning automated system functionalities.
Spearhead initiatives to maintain vision and color recognition systems.
Take charge of project management, steering towards cost-effective, timely, and high-quality solutions.
Nurture team development through training that aligns with our company's vision.
Integrate avant-garde technologies to enhance corporate quality and efficiency.
Draft and update comprehensive schematics and electrical schematics.
Architect and sustain robust computer, HMI, and PLC functionalities.
Additional tasks may arise - adaptability is key!

Your Expertise:

Hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or its equivalent.
3 to 5 years immersed in control, automation, or manufacturing engineering settings.
Experienced in programming with Rockwell Automation products including RS5000, FactoryTalk, & Kinetix Servos.
Proficient with Fanuc robots, CNC controllers, Servo Motor Control, and Vision Systems.
Skilled in drafting electrical schematics and managing systems like DeviceNet and Ethernet/IP.
Problem-solving acumen, sharp critical thinking, effective communication, and a keen eye for details.
Familiarity with electrical standards and regulations.
Understanding of Manufacturing IT, industrial networks, and associated applications.
Savvy with financial considerations within the manufacturing sphere.
Demonstrated agility in adapting to changes.
