We offer a hands‑on, tailored experience for every client, specializing in VA, FHA, and investment property mortgages. Position Overview Right Mortgage LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team. This is an onsite position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with occasional off‑hours availability as business demands require. The Team Lead will play a critical role in driving team performance, supporting recruitment strategy, and collaborating directly with the CEO and VP to shape the direction of the organization. Compensation Base Salary: $45,000 – $95,000 (based on experience) Schedule Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On‑site) Must be available to work off‑hours when business needs arise Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of mortgage professionals to achieve individual and company goals Collaborate with the CEO and VP to develop and execute hiring strategies Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback Help establish and refine team workflows and best practices Serve as a point of contact for escalations and complex client situations Support the overall growth strategy of the company Qualifications Proven experience in a team lead, supervisory, or management role Background in mortgage, finance, or a related industry preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment Flexible availability, including potential off‑hours when needed Why Join Right Mortgage LLC?
