Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient needs, skills, and behaviors through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and standardized assessments.

• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic pain, and complex social issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, offering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while promoting therapeutic engagement.

• Consult with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive and empathetic care.

• Oversee care coordination efforts, maintaining clear communication with patients and providers regarding treatment plans and progress.

• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
