• Employment Type: Contract/Locum
• License/Certs: Arizona license or IMLC, Board Certified or BE in Urology, DEA required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Urology

• Hourly Pay Rate: $3,260.40

What You’ll Do:

• Provide urologic care including consultations, assessments, and follow-up visits
• Perform surgeries such as ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy
• Handle on-call coverage with an average callback within 2-6 hours per day
• Participate in patient evaluations and maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians and hospital staff
• Support procedures like TRUS biopsy and in-clinic vasectomy (preferred)

What You Need:

• Arizona medical license or IMLC
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Urology
• Minimum 1 year of Urology experience
• DEA license required
• Strong procedural skills and patient care expertise
• Ability to work 5 consecutive 24-hour shifts
