Coverage Needed: 24 hour call
Average Callback: 2-6 hours per day
Surgeries OR: 3–4 per week
EMR: Cerner
Hospital Size: 99 beds
Robotics: available not required
Procedures:
Required: Ureteroscopy laser lithotripsy TURP TURBT flexible cystoscopy
Preferred: TRUS biopsy in-clinic vasectomy
Disposable flexible cystoscopes available
Interview Process:

Requirements:
Board Certification: BC or BE
License: Arizona license or IMLC LOQ only
DEA: Required
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe:
Approximately 30 days
