Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy strategies for each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, adapting your approach as necessary.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to address clients' unique needs.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic and comprehensive care plans.

• Maintain case documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
