Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop effective and personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Expertly utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, customized to the unique needs of clients.

• Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and treatment across services.

• Maintain accurate clinical records adhering to ethical standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on current research and advancements in mental health, attending workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and adjustment disorders, among others. Your goal will be to empower each individual, helping them navigate their personal journeys successfully.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Virginia is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 300,000 to 400,000, based on experience and qualifications.
