Business Development Representative

Job Details Job Location: Riverside - Riverside , CA 92507 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $70,500.00 - $85,500.00 Salary/year Job Shift: Any Duties include, but are not limited to: Business Development & promotion of our ambulance service to health care facilities. Monitoring call volume generated from activities Custom service & advocacy for our client Follow-up & constant marketing via digital media programs Support of local operation business activities (recruiting, promotion events, community events, etc.) Establish and maintain business relationships with clients and community organizations Collaborate with leadership team on volume trends, staffing models and business initiatives Promote and enhance the organization’s brand in the community Skills & knowledge requirements include, but are not limited to: Sales/Business Development experience required, minimum of 1-2 years Ambulance, Post-Acute or healthcare experience preferred Strong, vibrant communicator Self-starter & organizer Good understanding & abilities in Microsoft Office suite of software Strong knowledge of using social media platforms as a business tool Emotional intelligence Health care or ambulance industry experienced required Employment Benefits: Paid Weekly 401(k) with Employer Match Direct Deposit Paid Time Off and Sick Pay Medical, Dental, Vision, and HSA Plans Career Advancement Opportunities Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of sales or business development experience.
