Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and document symptoms and behavior related to mood disorders and other mental health conditions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are responsive to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate psychoeducation for clients and their families, helping them understand underlying mental health issues and the therapeutic processes involved.

• Regularly monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, professional development sessions, and case reviews to continuously improve service delivery and share best practices.

• Serve as an advocate for mental health awareness and contribute to reducing stigma both within the community and among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse individuals and families facing a range of mental health issues. Our clients may present with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other complex emotional concerns. You will employ modalities such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and systems theory to empower clients and foster meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active California LMFT license.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years' clinical experience as an LMFT, preferably in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
