Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client histories, concerns, and goals, ensuring that treatment plans are customized to meet each client's needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as couples and family therapy, utilizing both in-person and teletherapy formats to accommodate client preferences and circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and others as warranted by individual client situations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to coordinate care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress notes in compliance with best practices, legal standards, and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development; participate in training sessions and stay abreast of the latest research and evidence-based practices in marriage and family therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
