What will your job look like?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile HR & Finance Officer to join our team at our Austin, Texas facility. This is a dynamic role where you will combine Human Resources and Finance responsibilities in a 50/50 split, playing a key role in the day-to-day success of our local operations.
In this position, you will be the go-to person for both people and financial administration.
On one side, youll help shape the employee experience by supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement.
On the other side, youll keep our financial processes running smoothly by handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and well-organized.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. You will directly contribute to both a great workplace culture and strong financial operations.
You will report to the Global HR & Finance Manager based at our headquarters in Belgium and collaborate closely with both HR and Finance colleagues across the organization.
Some of your responsibilities
Human Resources (50%)
- Bringing our employer brand to life by drafting and publishing attractive job vacancies.
- Actively sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates to find great talent.
- Coordinating interviews and supporting a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
- Guiding new employees through a warm and structured onboarding journey.
- Being a trusted point of contact for employees and managers in their day-to-day HR questions.
- Supporting payroll administration and ensuring employee data is always accurate and up to date.
- Maintaining HR records with precision, confidentiality, and care.
- Supporting employee relations and helping managers navigate people-related topics.
- Organizing engaging team activities, events, and employee initiatives.
- Ensuring HR processes are followed consistently and effectively.
Finance Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (50%)
- Processing supplier invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Managing Accounts Payable and ensuring timely payments to our valued suppliers.
- Following up on outstanding customer invoices and supporting collection activities in a professional way.
- Keeping Accounts Receivable records up to date and well-structured.
- Assisting with account reconciliations for both customers and vendors.
- Supporting month-end closing activities and financial reporting preparation.
- Working closely with the Finance team on daily operational tasks.
- Helping improve and streamline financial and administrative processes.

Are you the right person?
You bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to both HR and Finance responsibilities.You are excited by variety and enjoy working across different domains.
Experience in the following areas is a strong advantage:
