Responsibilities include:Greeting and assisting clients, visitors, vendors, and community membersAnswering and routing incoming calls and providing general informationConnecting individuals with the appropriate MWC programs, services, or staffManaging mail, deliveries, conference room scheduling, and reception materialsSupporting basic administrative and bookkeeping tasksMaintaining an organized and welcoming front-desk and common-area environmentAssisting with meetings, events, and organizational projects as neededWhat We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate is approachable, dependable, service-oriented, and comfortable interacting with people from a variety of backgrounds. You can remain calm when the office is busy, manage interruptions with professionalism, and take pride in helping things run smoothly.Qualifications include:High school diploma or equivalentFluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writingStrong communication, organization, and customer-service skillsExperience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelPrevious front-desk, receptionist, customer-service, or administrative experience preferredExperience in a nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral-health, or client-centered setting is a plusSchedule and AvailabilityThis is an in-person position scheduled for approximately 20 hours per week during MWC’s regular business hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
