HR RecruiterThe candidate will work as a Human Resources Recruiter, focusing on full-cycle recruitment efforts to efficiently manage a high volume of positions. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize recruitment processes and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.Must-HaveExperience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to HR recruitment.Proficiency in using recruitment technologies like Workday.Ability to manage high volumes of requisitions efficiently.Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.PreferredCertifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite for managing recruitment workflowsPay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
