2026 Summer Programs - SPELL Elementary/Middle School: Paraprofessionals, Grades 1-8

Program Goal Summer Partners for Language and Learning (SPELL) provides Multilingual Learners theme‑based language development experiences in the morning and enrichment activities provided by community partners in the afternoon. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Multilingual Learner classrooms Ability to collaborate with teachers in the delivery of theme‑based, language and content integrated curriculum aligned to WIDA framework Ability to support student learning in small groups and one on one. Ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment for students. Bilingual/multilingual and ability to communicate with diverse students and families. Terms Of Employment Seasonal/Yearly Appointment Summer School Program Schedule: July 6, 2026 - July 31, 2026 Rate: $25.00 per/hour Monday through Friday, 8 am - 1 pm SPELL program professional development for all SPELL staff will take place in the last week on June or first week of July.
