AR/Collections Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AR/Collections Specialist in Saint Louis, MO. This role is responsible for collections for all 5 divisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone and email
- Researching issues on customer accounts and escalating internally as needed
- Identify slow-paying customers and recommend collection candidates
- Prepare and send monthly customer statements
- Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly
- Process customer credit applications
- High School diploma/GED
- 3-5 years collection and accounts receivable experience
- Experience with Oracle a plus
