Senior Officer, Area Sales Manager, Consumer Banking Group

• Drive sales growth and revenue targets for assigned consumer banking products across the designated area
• Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers and sales executives to achieve individual and team objectives
• Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the assigned portfolio
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all sales activities
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management
• Participate in product training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more members
• Strong knowledge of consumer banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
• Proficiency in relevant banking systems and MS Office applications
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance
