About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources and Loss Prevention to serve as the senior HR executive and a key member of the executive leadership team. Experience in safety and loss prevention functions is also a key requirement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in change leadership, data-driven decision-making, and driving measurable improvements in employee engagement and retention. They must be adept at collaborating with executive teams, influencing senior leaders, and building strong cross-functional partnerships. Professional certifications in HR and safety are required, and a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations is a must.
