Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments for couples, individuals, and families to identify their unique challenges and treatment needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that focus on improving relationships and enhancing communication among family members.

• Designing and implementing treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of each client.

• Addressing specific issues such as substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, parenting challenges, communication barriers, and adjustment difficulties.

• Regularly evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within our practice to provide comprehensive care.

• Documenting all clinical notes and treatment data accurately and efficiently to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, each facing unique challenges. You will specialize in treating families with complex dynamics, blended families, those experiencing separation or divorce, and individuals dealing with personal or family crises.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
