Program Analyst

Green Expert Technology (GreenXT) is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support our Navy customers' technical programs with the planning, management, and coordination of projects/tasking, resources, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Project Leads or Program Leads
• Develop and maintain tracking sheets, purchase order tracking, material tracking, advisories tracking, and other similar items
• Assist with the development and maintenance of project plans/schedules
• Track weekly team action items
• Assist with the development and maintenance of onsite shipboard support schedules and travel schedules
• Provide configuration management support of technical data using Shared Drives or SharePoint tools
• Assist with the development and updating of technical training materials and presentations
• Provide analysis support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is required for this position
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative support role
• Records Management experience is preferred
• Functional knowledge Navy Ship Change Documents is preferred
• Experience installing software for Windows Operating Systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Power Point and MS Project
• Must be a capable of working within a team or individually
