TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in New Haven, Connecticut, 06510!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 10 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years minimum License: Active license required prior to start date Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Ability to interpret dysrhythmias - Familiarity with isolation precautions and PPE - Management of dysrhythmias - Experience with telemetry - Non-invasive airway management skills - Peripheral line care and management Description: These needs are specifically for winter coverage for one 10-week contract. Local radius restrictions are waived for the 10-week assignment. The position must start by 12/18/2026. No holiday RTO is required. No more than 5 days RTO are permitted. Telemetry ratios are 1:5 days, 1:6 nights, and 1:5 weekends. Years of experience required: 2 years. First-timers will be accepted. Weekend requirement is every other weekend. On-call requirement is not applicable. The clinician will need to float within their scope to meet facility needs. The facility is a Short-Term Acute Care center and a Level I Trauma Center. Unit specifics include a daily census of 32 patients, with varying diagnoses. Special procedures include care for pulmonary hypertension patients. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, and social services. All interested candidates must submit their application in accordance with the outlined requirements.
