Senior Deputy Director, Employment Law Unit
DEPT OF HEALTH/MENTAL HYGIENE
NYC Health Department's Office of General Counsel is seeking an experienced senior attorney to serve as Deputy Director of the Employment Law Unit (ELU). The role focuses on disciplinary actions, litigation support, and policy advisement for the agency’s non-managerial employees. The position requires NYS Bar admission, strong research and writing skills, and experience with administrative and employment law litigation.
