Proposal Manager

Responsibilities Coordinate, manage and lead proposal process for State Government opportunities. In this role, the PM brings together all stakeholders associated with the pursuit to submit a winning proposal package. Own the proposal process and work closely with Capture Managers, Sales Leaders, Product Subject Matter Experts, and Writers. Ensure RFP responses are timely, strategic, high quality, and meet customers' needs. Manage all aspects of proposal process including schedule, outsourcing, meetings, draft reviews, quality, graphics, and production. Develop, organize, and manage proposal process using MS Excel. Collaborate with internal organizations to develop proposal content. Ensure proposal compliance with RFP requirements. Conduct reviews of the proposal; work with team members to review content, provide feedback and guidance for changes. Ideal Background Proposal management background. State agency and/or federal agency background with RFP support. Health care technology. Required 5+ years in State or federal proposal experience. Strong communication at all levels, ability to meet tight deadlines, commitment to teamwork, detailed follow-through, and positive demeanor. Preferred Shipley experience. APMP experience. Detail oriented. Ability to lead a proposal team. Shipley/APMP certification. Compensation: Hourly Rate Range - $40-$60/hr Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance We are an Equal Pay Employer.
