The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile methodologies and have a proven track record in facilitating teams to achieve their best.Location: Charlotte, NCSalary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experienceRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospectives).Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, dashboards, and metrics tracking.Understanding of DevOps fundamentals, quality practices, and Definition of Done.Ability to leverage flow metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput, predictability) to drive improvements.Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Strong influencing skills without formal authority; ability to build partnerships across teams.Experience with Jira Align for enterprise planning and multi-team coordination.Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Facilitate daily team alignment through stand-ups, ensuring progress, risks, and blockers are clearly surfaced.Maintain delivery flow using Scrum or Kanban practices, including monitoring WIP limits and cycle time.Partner with the Product Owner to ensure a clear, prioritized, and groomed backlog.Company Benefits & Culture:Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Inclusive and collaborative work environment.
