Positions General Duties and Tasks (Day to Day)Manage strategic engagements while providing exceptional customer service on Windows 10 planning and migration projectsAssume leadership on engagements and work without direct supervision, interfacing with customer IT and business-function leadersDevelop and present comprehensive analysis and documentation of the customer's current state of operations and recommendations for Windows 10 and/or Office 365 implementationDevelop supporting documentationMaintain professional demeanor and appearanceBasic QualificationsTECHNICAL SKILLSWindows deployment expertise using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Configuration Manager OS Deployment (OSD) (5+ years)SCCM 2012 deployment and infrastructure knowledge (5+ Years)Experience with large scale windows migrations and active directory upgrades / migrations (5+ years)Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory to include implementation of GPOs (5+ years)A working knowledge of standard client platform administration, configuration, rights management and file access (5+ years)Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems (5+ years)In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 enterprise features (3+ years)Working knowledge of Microsoft Edge browser enterprise mode (3+ years)Working knowledge
