Accounts Payable Associate

Position Overview Generational Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance team in Richardson, Texas. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments, vendor and outstanding payables reconciliations, and maintaining financial records in full compliance with firm policies and accounting standards. The ideal candidate brings proven accounts payable experience, a meticulous approach to financial data, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced professional services environment.
